Heart2Heart is inviting friends, family, and community partners to support the work we do for seniors in the community. By becoming a fundraiser for Heart2Heart Outreach, you’ll help us bring connection, care, and dignity to aging parents and grandparents in our community who are isolated or living alone, and you’ll help your friends feel good about doing something meaningful.

Starting a fundraiser is easy — and it’s fun. We’ll give you all the tools you need to make a difference. With your help, we can reach our goal of $20,000 in recurring monthly donations and build a world where no senior feels invisible — where our elders are honored, cherished, and supported with the same love and attention we’d give our own family.

As a Special Thank You for being Champions:

• Recurring individual givers will receive a Heart2Heart 15th Anniversary Bugatti writing case.
• The first 50 Champions who commit to a recurring gift will receive a 15th Anniversary commemorative tumbler.
