15 Years. 100,000 Seniors. One Mission — Bring Hope, Love, and Purpose to the Aging.

For the first 9 years, Heart2Heart brought comfort, prayer, and friendship to seniors in nursing homes and care centers. But when COVID shut the world down, we leaned in.

Today, Heart2Heart is delivering more than just hope. We provide:

• Food assessments for the Older Americans Act
• Toiletries, diapers, wheelchairs, and walkers
• Emergency resources for seniors facing eviction or utility shutoffs
• And still, we offer no-charge, non-medical home services to keep seniors safe and cared for where they are

As a licensed respite agency in Broward County, this is a service that can easily cost over $25,000 a year — but we provide it at no cost to them.

But most importantly? We’ve become their church.
To the many seniors who are completely alone — no family, no visitors — we go.
We baptize. We pray. We bring Bibles. We deliver the Word and become the hands and feet of Christ in living rooms and hospital beds where no one else comes.

Recently, Heart2Heart applied for funding to help over 100 seniors facing eviction notices or utility shutoffs. Each of them will hopefully receive a $300 emergency voucher, but we know $300 is only a starting point.

It’s going to take a community of Champions to meet the real need.

That’s why this Giving Week, our goal is bold but vital:
We must raise $20,000 in recurring monthly donations to keep this work going.

Here’s how you can help:

• 100 Champions at $20/month
• 40 Champions at $50/month
• Or 20 Champions at $100/month
